Terms & Conditions – Please read carefully before submitting

1. Our team will contact you once we have reviewed your claim to confirm the next steps. Do not send your boat back before we have contacted you. This may result in your boat getting lost.
2. All boats must be returned in the original box, along with the remote control, to prevent damage during transit.
3. Sailvvay UK partners with DPD for all deliveries and collections. You will be required to print a return label, which we will provide free of charge, to return your boat.
4. For any boats that need to be returned, we aim to have them back to you within 14 working days after receiving them.
